GILES ACOUSTIC PHONE BOOTH

The Giles acoustic phone booth by Liqui Contracts offers a quiet retreat for making telephone calls away from a busy workplace. With its acoustic properties, the telephone booth can double as an office pod for holding virtual meetings in private. To this end, the phone booth has a small integral shelf suitable for a laptop, plus a double power socket with USB ports for charging. In addition to having a glass door, the office phone booth also has an interior light to provide ample light for working.

Our Giles acoustic phone booth is ideal for open-plan offices where background noise can be a problem. Our office pods are constructed in sustainably sourced birch ply and finished on the inside with sound-absorbing felt with wood paneling up to dado height. Made to order by our own craftspeople in Britain, the free-standing office booth can be specified in a range of coloured felts and different style wood finishes to suit your interior design. Our oak veneer is very popular but if you require something more premium we offer a herringbone pattern walnut veneer that can also be seen on some of our other office furniture. Alternatively, the privacy pod can be supplied in plain birch ply if a painted finish is preferred.

The Giles acoustic phone booth can be paired with any of our various high stools – all of which can be custom finished in different ways to suit the style of your office furniture. We think it looks particularly good with our Jane Low Back Bar Stool (pictured) or the Jane Bar Chair which can be upholstered in a choice of fabrics for greater comfort (particularly when engaged in long business calls).
